Castiel runs a coffee shop, rides a motorcycle, and is trying to make a name for himself as a painter. Dean is a mechanic, who makes amazing, intricate metal sculptures as a way to stay sane. Somehow, universes (or maybe, an Impala and a Harley Davidson) collide.
From there, they build a magical, beautiful life together. They buy a gorgeous old farmhouse where Cas keeps bees and chickens. (The chickens even have their own beautiful home called ‘Cluckingham Palace’ that Dean built for Cas with his own two hands.) And when two orphaned children, Claire and Jack, are in desperate need of a loving family, it only makes sense for them to open their home and their hearts, and become a family.
Life… is amazing — storybook perfect. This story follows their love and their lives over the course of almost ten years… but could one of them be hiding a deadly secret, that threatens to ruin everything they have?

He willingly fell to earth, with the knowledge that he would be captured and enslaved, and eventually fall into the possession of the Righteous Man’s father. He was not prepared for what that would entail, and the horror he would be forced to face at his master’s hands.
Dean was seven when Dad came back from a hunting trip with a bound, beaten man in a tan coat that suddenly went everywhere with them. His job, Dad explained, was going to be protecting Dean and Sam while Dad was away hunting.

Summary

Summary
Dean Winchester didn't ask for this. Sure, he tries to use his alpha privilege (and hefty bank account balance) to do some good in the world. He works with Bobby, Ellen, and Jody at The Roadhouse, a centre for rescued omegas, but even there, he stays behind the scenes. He pays the bills and helps maintain the property, but other than that, he tries to keep his fingers out of any pies that aren't intended for his cakehole.
That is, until one day when Charlie informs him of one of the worst abuse cases they've ever seen, and tells him that they need to act now if they want to save the guy's life.
Dean's got no problem approving the intake, but then Charlie drops the other shoe like it's hot: The Roadhouse is at capacity and there's simply nowhere for the poor omega to go, but word on the street is that Dean's got a empty guest room, and wasn't he just saying that the house was too quiet since Sam moved out, anyway?
This is a story of hurt and healing, secret identities, righting old wrongs, and finding light on even the darkest of days.

All he wants, is to be able to blend into the background as he obeys. He's injured quite badly one day, when a police raid throws his life upside down. Taken away from his current hom as evidence (and to be tortured for information, Cas has heard the horror stories told in the slave quarters) he hopes he survives the ordeal ... only ... slavery isn't legal. At all. And all Dean wants is for Cas to figure out how to live a fulfilling life as a free man (and mnaybe also testify in court to put some very bad men behind bars).

Castiel doesn’t know where the runaway in Dean has gone, but he’s not sure that man exists anymore. The omega in his backseat has been badly broken. He hasn’t said a word to Castiel; hasn’t protested aside from flinching, hasn’t even pleaded to be spared. He’s just… empty. Tired. Now that his little brother, Sam, is settled in California and Bobby's got a handle on the garage, they convinced Dean to finally do something for himself. After a chance encounter at the Air Force recruitment fair Sam dragged him to, Dean got hooked on air traffic control, and he gets stationed at Kansas City Tower for his final leg of training. There, he has to impress his on-job instructor Castiel Novak, the ex-Air Force captain who piqued his interest in ATC in the first place. (And only in ATC. He swears. Those blue eyes and dark hair and stupid hat have nothing to do with it.) If all that wasn't hard enough, just one week into his OJT, Dean gets a call telling him his father is dying and has to move back home to live out his final days-which could be more like years.
Dean has to decide whether to continue to let his life be defined by his father's mistakes and his misguided obligation to everyone else, or if he's brave enough-and strong enough-to find a life in his own shape.
