I really hope you’re considering at least volunteering at a Littles shelter.”
“Actually, I was hoping you knew of one I could go to,” Tyler confessed, blushing profusely. “After all this time with Mark in his headspace, I think I really do at least want to be like a nanny or something… I still don’t know that I could do it 24/7, but Mark’s schedule is almost perfect for what I’d want with a Little.”
Tyler had become a blessing for Mark and Wade when Mark decided to make the big move out to California. He was proving to be an excellent caregiver, despite being classified as a Baseline/Neutral. What none of them (other than Mark) anticipated was how much Tyler would grow to love and crave being a caregiver. But what if his perfect baby isn't quite what he had in mind?

Dean was starting to feel tired. Hunts were getting repetitive and Dean was getting frustrated. Both Fortunately and unfortunately, Castiel is all too happy to step in and shake things up for what the angel hopes is the better. When Dean's frustration is turned towards the angel at the heavenly being's idea of helping, Castiel has a ready and simple answer:
"Everything I do, Dean, I do for a reason." Castiel insisted, trying to be patient despite his deeply seeded desire to hold his hunter.
"And what the fuck is that, Cas?" Dean snapped, the tears still defiantly streaming down his face. "Cause so far all this has done is pulled up far too many damn memories."

What's more, she never expected to be taken prisoner by mobsters assuming the title 'Underquell,' so dubbed for their lack of tolerance for a lot of things.
A lot of this is inspired by various fan created spin offs of the original game and the song "Control" by Halsey.
