“How good could one person really-” Tony freezes, eyes wide, nose twitching. Time seems to stop for a moment and it’s only when he spots Bucky’s grin from the corner of his eyes that he finishes his sentence. “-smell.” It’s exquisite. Intense. The only thing clawing at Tony’s mind right now is the need to know where the source is. His mouth salivates and his canines ache to push out. He doesn’t know how much time passes, but eventually, Bucky speaks.
“That’s him.”
“I figured,” Tony replies through gritted teeth. He turns his head to look at Bucky with his jaw tightened. “Why would you want to share him?” Tony scoffs. “You could’ve had this all to yourself.” A wide smile spreads on Bucky’s face and it’s only now that Tony realizes that the tables have turned. The power has been shifted. Bucky unhooks his arm from Tony’s and cups the man’s face.

It wasn’t like Jon had a crush on Elias. Theirs was a purely professional relationship, and he would be willing to fuck Elias in a purely professional, platonic way, if that was what the fear entity that they both served wished to behold. It wasn’t like Jon thought Elias was handsome (although he was exceptionally good looking, if only due to being incredibly conventionally attractive in a manner anyone would notice) or had particularly nice eyes (a bright, vibrant grey, alert and alive and looking like they could see right through you) or smelled really, really nice (the scent was hard to put his finger on at first, but eventually he identified it as a mixture of vanilla and sandalwood, or at least that was the closest approximation he could manage). Elias was just a very good boss, and Jon strived to be the best employee he could, so who was he to deny Elias his oddly specific ritual in which Jon had to knot his boss while tied up on an altar?
