Summary
Crosshair, though rarely seen by many, was often called the king and queen’s champion, their sharpshooter, their prize winner,and their favorite assassin. So it made sense that they would employ him as their official guard. He was to watch, from as far as he liked but still watch, over them and their daughter. And from afar was just how he liked it, or from the rooftops. Though as the years went on, and a certain fondness grew, he started watching over the princess from closer and closer quarters. Even at times he wasn’t meant to interfere.
Crosshair saw everything, and as loyal as he was meant to be to his king and queen, he didn’t much appreciate how they treated their young daughter. Don’t get him wrong, he is not a good person, that’s more his brothers’ thing. But he’ll be damned if he lets anything happen to her.

Mayday survives at the end of The Outpost. This has a lot of implications for Crosshair, chief among them: what exactly do they do now?
Flee from the Empire, obviously. And if Crosshair continues to not examine his internal turmoil over letting Mayday think Clone Force 99 are all dead when Crosshair knows all too well that they’re alive, that’s Crosshair’s business and no one else’s.
Until their paths cross and it’s everyone’s business, that is.

After the Council refuses to train Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi leaves the Jedi Order and everything he ever wanted to follow his Master’s dying wishes. Together, Obi-Wan and his new… student? brother? son? friend? (He still hasn’t quite figured that one yet), return to Tatooine to free Shmi Skywalker (because what else could they do?). It… Doesn’t go exactly to plan (per usual).
Things escalate quickly and, well, Jabba the Hutt is dead and Obi-Wan is now the most wanted man in the Hutt-controlled part of the Galaxy.[...]
Jango Fett didn’t really need money, so exorbitant and rising price on the Jabba murderer’s head was not what drawn him to the contract. It was the rumours that the rouge Jetti was responsible and if Jango hated anything, it was the Jetisse.
If he was getting payed to drag one to the Hutts, to die a slow, honorouless death on the top of a generous payment, even better.
In hindsight though, he probably should have left Boba on Kamino. In hindsight, he should have thought twice before having one night stands with hot, red-headed strangers right before the start of a hunt.
His life would have been much easier that way. -

“Hunter?” Rex spoke into his comms, surveying the prisoner slumped before him. “I should think you would want to see this.” Around him, Gregor knelt by the body, checking for a heartbeat as Howzer cut the chains away from the wall, being careful to lower the prisoner’s limbs gently. He looked in rather bad condition, covered in cuts and blood, especially around the neck and his hands. His silver hair was bloodstained and matted, and considerably longer than normal.
“Is it Omega?” Hunter’s voice came over the comms, gravely and strained.
“No.” Rex answered, frowning slightly at Hunter’s tone. It sounded... obsessed, Rex thought. He continued watching the other two clones removing the cuffs from the thin clone. Crosshair’d always been rather thin and lanky, but he was clearly starving. His ribs were very obvious behind his ragged shirt, and Rex winced as he realized both of Crosshair’s arms lay at angles too sharp to be possible without a serious break in the bones.
“What is it?”
“It’s someone who you might know.”
“Crosshair?” Tech spoke, his voice a little more high-pitched than normal.
