Summary
Dean lived with just his dad in Lawrence, Kansas all his life, after his mom left them when he was only four. It's been a pretty ordinary life, except that Dad has been hunting for her and someone named 'Sam' ever since, mostly using intel from a so-called 'psychic' named Missouri. Dean is mortified that Dad believes in psychics ... and monsters, and ghosts, and who knows what else. Everyone knows psychic powers aren't real, but Dad believes in everything.

Summary
Trevor had prayed all his very long life for this one thing never to happen.
Marcy had never expected to question her oath.
Mac had never expected to find himself hunting down a fellow Traveler.
Philip had never expected to fall in love.
Carly had never thought the team of five she'd trained with, fought with, and trusted her life with, would become a team of six.
Too bad that sixth team member seems dangerous and untrustworthy, and why is her best friend murdering Travelers? Things are looking worse by the day, but what else is new.
This is fundamentally a Travelers fic, with a large cast of characters borrowed from other shows. It adheres to Travelers-canon-typical levels of violence, horror, humor, etc. It's in keeping with the spirit of the show, and my fic ends on a note I'd consider tonally similar to the end of the series.
As always with my crossovers, I wrote this fic so that anyone unfamiliar with any of the shows will still be able to follow. It opens with a scene that explains the basic premise of how Travelers come from the future to the present day, and covers everything you really need to know about the show for this fic.

Then she found Edwin’s system of magic and added that to her arsenal. Edwin hired her to work as his executive assistant at his business job, which at least provides enough money that she can survive. It’s a good thing he wanted to hire her, since nobody else likes having her around. Being in love with him doesn’t help matters, especially since he’s already found the love of his life. She's lost and everything in her life is wrong. She lacks the power and the skill to get herself anywhere she needs to be. Then she meets the handsome owner of the mansion on the hill beyond the little cottage where she lives ....
