It’d been about a year.
It’d been a year since Tommy left the greater SMP, and truthfully, he was better for it. Everything happened and moved so quickly, and when he was younger it was so much easier to keep up with, but now, after everything, it was better that he was gone. It was a few months after his revival, a few months after his attempt on Dream’s life, a few months after Ghostbur—
Yeah.
He was better now, though.
He walked and walked for days, he knew every inch of this server; knew whose territories were where, knew how to avoid the eyes of those who had decided to keep theirs on him. He’d gotten surprisingly good at staying under the radar, he kind of wondered why he hadn’t started doing that in the first place. Tommy felt bad, of course, leaving without saying goodbye wasn’t really his style, but it was for the best; for him and for everyone else. There could be no room to fuck this up for himself, no room for error.
He left a little after midnight and he walked.
He was doing better now.
