It isn’t just the fault of the HIV meds, either, if he’s *quite* honest. He’s decided to exercise a bit and work on the extra dozen stone that have settled around his middle… Then Molly Weasley comes to visit unexpectedly, and all their secrets must be spilled. And a few of hers, besides.
Lighter on kink than other stories of mine, but still a little bit of weight gain kink stuff happening. Mutual body appreciation. Dealing with HIV just at the turn of the AIDS crisis in 1996. Dealing with mortality. Some polyamory stuff in the background. Cheating but only a little bit and they feel bad about it. Non-binary service top Charlie Weasley. LTR. They get married.

Ten years after the war, Hermione stumbles across her old Potions professor in a restaurant and they strike up a friendship. Lots of yearning ensues.
Inspired by "Rock ur world" in that Snape is now a restaurant critic, and that's where this whole idea started. Was intended to be "porn with a plot", but got too invested in the plot, so however many chapters later there's still no porn.
Update: 21 chapters later, and there's still no porn. None on the horizon, either. We'll get there eventually.

This is that story. However, beware that as this fic progresses it goes from a meet-cute, meet-heartbreak (on Steve's behalf), to a fic that's emotionally gonna be kind of heavy. Bucky will go through some shit that could be triggering if you struggle with weight or body imagine issues although I will say Steve's 1000% into his new weight (which is why the tags revolving around weight gain and belly kink are being used) and is very supportive with it so it also is gonna be soft. Give it a try if that sounds like your thing.
