Summary
Hermione Granger's life has taken a turn. After completing her eighth year at Hogwarts, she's become one of the most talented healers St. Mungo's has ever seen. Along with her partner, Draco Malfoy, professionally, her life couldn't be better. Her personal life, however, leaves little to be desired.
She feels stuck in an engagement with Ron Weasley, all because they share a child. While Hermione loves Rose dearly and Ron is a fantastic father, Hermione doesn't feel that spark when she looks at the man.
However, she finds that spark late one night with another wizard. After finding herself falling into bed with her partner, Hermione wakes up in a rush to find none other than Theodore Nott sitting and watching her. And he's decided that he also wants her, and Hermione wants him.
To make this situation worse, Draco is also married and has a son just a few months younger than Rose. To top it off, Hermione finds herself sitting in her bathroom looking at the diagnostic telling her that she's pregnant, and she's not entirely sure what wizard is the father.Needless to say, it's complicated...

She had been called down to Emergency for a 6 month old infant boy, the original diagnosis was splinching as he had been apparated in with an injured adult but the minute Hermione looked at him she knew better and immediately cast the counter curse and began healing the open wound on the child’s chest. Someone had cast a sectumsempra on him. The Cutting curse. What sort of person would do that to a baby? It couldn't have been an accident. The hit had been dead on and with a target that small it had to have been deliberate.
