Summary
Here's what I think could have happened immediately after the end scene of Weak Hero season 2 when Suho and Sieun reunite. I've never written fanfiction before but the fact we didn't even get a hug made me throw my phone, so here's an extended version of the final scene, as through Sieun's eyes.

Sieun has had this dream before.
He’s seen the boy in front of him wake up from his coma a thousand different times. Seen him crack open his eyes and smile that too-wide cocky smile. Seen his face contort as he screams that everything is Sieun’s fault. Seen him blink warily and look at Sieun’s face without recognition. He’s seen a thousand different versions of this moment every night in his sleep.
But Sieun doesn’t think he’s dreaming right now.
The air is warm and humid on his skin. His hair, damp with sweat, tickles his forehead. The grass is spongey and uneven beneath his feet. His chest burns from running as he draws in unsteady breaths. And his heart. He can feel it beating. Fast.
Too fast.
Because this is real. And the boy in the wheelchair before him is awake.
Ahn Suho.
His best friend.

Suho hums, and it vibrates into his chest. “You haven’t been sleeping.”
Sieun buries his face in Suho’s shoulder, ignoring the rumbling laugh that follows. “I have.”
“Mm.” Suho begins to pat his back rhythmically, the trail of heat burning, but it’s oddly comforting to be wrapped in this warmth. “Rest, Sieunnie. I’ll wake you up when they come.”

Woojin’s joke seemed to irritate the younger one even more “Hyung! There’s blood in these!”
“Damn... At least I’m not pregnant,” Woojin grumbled lazily, but Gunwoo wasn’t amused.
Gunwoo dropped the shorts to the floor and suddenly jumped onto the mattress. Woojin flinched as Gunwoo jumped on top of him, pushing the older against the mattress. Woojin dropped his phone and it clattered to the floor.
“Gunwoo! What are you-”

Two months ago, Captain Alan brought him in his office and told Kim he had to learn to be a team player. Kim thought it was absurd. He didn't get to be the department's top detective by holding hands or singing kumbaya. He got here by solving cases. Fast. Clean. Efficient. He didn't need a partner, really. He was the unit. No one could deny his clearance numbers which is why Kim figured they were arguing with his social graces instead.
"Captain," argued Kim, "Partners will only slow me down."
"You're not being judged on speed," Alan said, voice level. "You're being judged on whether you can lead."
"This is going to waste time—"
"It's Kenta," muttered the man, from under his heavy brows. He stood beside the desk. He hadn't spoken a word once since being introduced. He wore black from the collar down and hadn't even looked up once.
Kim blinked, "Pardon?"
The man met his gaze at last. Eyes dark and flat. "My name is Kenta. At least use it when you don't want me."
It wasn't the warmest beginning.
