Gordon Freeman and Benrey, otherwise known as Loverboy and Letterboy, are used to fusing and unfusing like clockwork. They have become each other's halves, growing closer by the day, and when they are apart there is always either a 5'7" or 2' robot following the human from 2002. But they take comfort in knowing they are always close either physically or mentally, unlinked at will. The Perfect Loverboy.
Benrey isn't the only one in Gordon's head.

i'm doing this for your own good, he thought, unsure whether he was convincing himself or the pirates he grew to love so much. the last thing nami and luffy saw of their former cook was the look of guilt and regret that flashed across his face for just that moment before he turned away, and they froze speechless as they watched the carriage drive further and further away.the next time they'd see him, it wouldn't be sanji. at least, not the same sanji - not with that slick, vanta black hair and those dull eyes.
