Summary
When the disassembly drones arrived, many lost their families and loved ones. To protect the worker's kind, Khan - the colony leader - and a small committee of drones implanted a special chip on the motherboard of every pill baby born inside the bunker, and every year a generation of those drones turns 19, their chip comes with an analysis of their whole personality data and finds a perfect match for that drone. Making a new couple to have offspring and keep the worker's numbers going to balance the deceased.
Now, after two of the murder machines and a cool, angsty teen worker saved the galaxy, there's no need for the matching to continue! Or so Uzi thought. It turns out that everyone in the bunker considers it a tradition.
Too bad for her, she has only one option.

Though…considering it had only been a few hours since the fight, It was hard for her to even really imagine it being over—Still standing on the same cliff edge amidst wrecked metal and rock where she made good on the promise to herself that she would assimilate the primary solver host, or die trying.
Uzi Doorman did both.
Alternatively, Uzi kicks Cyn's ass, saves the universe and gets the guy of her dreams. The hard part is everything that comes after.

The white haired man was leaning back on the couch, with his arms on either side of the head rest.
“Don’t call me that, we’re off the clock,” he grumbled. “Nothin’ to report anyways.”
Despite his claim, Alhaitham didn’t fail to see a matching distant look in the Mahamatra’s exposed eye. His speech was uncharacteristically slurred, reminiscent of when he’s a few drinks in at Lambad’s Tavern.
The Sumeru boys get high on mushrooms and chaos ensues.

“Heat?” Aether parrots. “Fever?” He’s not certain he’s capable of speaking more than one word at a time; too distracted by the gorgeous and enticing specimen hovering above him.
Albedo hums, tilting his head down to press a tender kiss to Aether’s jaw, lips soft and warm against his thundering pulse. The alchemist shifts, letting out an exasperated huff against Aether’s neck, reaching out to grasp Aether’s wrist. He tugs it down, and Aether feels his face heat when Albedo leads his hand in between his legs, feeling how damp the material of Albedo’s shorts are.
“Oh. That kind of heat,” Aether croaks.
“Yes.” Albedo stares at Aether impatiently. “So do something about it.”
