After the disaster of a showdown with Azula, Katara is separated from her friends and brother, stranded alongside none other than Fire Prince Zuko and his uncle. Left with little choice, she reluctantly agrees to an alliance of convenience proposed by Iroh; they’ll travel to Ba Sing Se together—giving Katara the opportunity to search for her friends, while they start anew as civilians in the city. Now, with old enemies turned allies by her side, she must make her way to the Impenetrable City— where she knows the Gaang will ultimately arrive.
Building a life for herself at Ba Sing Se is hard enough, being fake-married to Zuko is infinitely harder.

Summary
Katara and Zuko's mission on board The Southern Raiders goes badly wrong, and they are captured and imprisoned in the unforgiving hull of the ship.
Katara now finds herself locked in a small room with a boy that she refuses to trust, and nine years worth of trauma and guilt swimming in her mind. She is resolute in her hostility towards Zuko, but as the horrors of their captivity unfold, an undeniable bond is formed in the quiet moments between their captor's torments.
When they find themselves safely back with their friends on Ember Island, they are both sporting deep scars – old and new, seen and unseen. Katara struggles to reconcile all the pieces of herself and figure out who she truly is. And Zuko continues to battle with his past guilt, and the new guilt that arises from his growing feelings towards Katara.
As their bond deepens – it may be the lifeline they both so desperately need to pull them from the dark waters of their past.

Summary
It’s been over a year and a half since Arthur died. Or, more accurately, woke up. Technically, he dies in eight and a half years. Well, if he messes up, that is, and he is determined not to.
But Arthur feels the grip of the king tightening with every passing day. Morgana’s magic grows under a father that would not accept it. And if his growing attachment to Guinevere would only bring more harm to her than good, then it should be best to let her go.
Merlin, of course, is of no help while Arthur continues to keep the secret of his resurrection. But should Merlin find out, he fears that his friend will be too young to understand his actions.
So Arthur waits. For it is written that the Once and Future King will take his throne. He only has to decide when.

Arthur died. Then Arthur wakes up. One week after Merlin begins his service as his manservant. Ten years worth of future knowledge is at his fingertips and the chance to make everything right: to rediscover Merlin, magic and all; to be the brother Morgana needed him to be; to spend more time with Guinevere and be the man she knew he could be, the man he aspired to become; to confront his father and change Camelot for the better.
But Arthur’s a prince again. He hasn’t known Merlin for one year, let alone ten, Morgana has no idea they were friends let alone related, Guinevere still thinks he’s a prat, and he has to act the part of a prince if he doesn’t want some poor sod getting killed in the hopes of lifting a fake enchantment Uther thinks was cast on his son.
Things are about to get a whole lot more complicated.
