Summary
A trio of time lords (the Ruler, the Mechanic, and the Ranger) find their way through the universe, little by little. It's just that they happen to stumble into some very silly shenanigans along the way, and some less-silly folks who are in need of an adventure or a helping hand. Luckily, two of them are always up for those! Two out of three isn't bad, right?
Series basics:
This is a Doctor Who au, but the Doctor will not be showing up. If you don't know Doctor Who, that's okay-- I explain most of the basics.
The Psychonauts characters will be the main characters, though a few OCs will appear as side characters. If you don't know Psychonauts, then you might have some issues with understanding who these guys are.The Ruler is also known as: Crispin and Gristol
The Mechanic is also known as: Caligosto ("Cal"), Sasha, Gisu, and Otto

(Basically, a friend of mine pointed out how Helmut's brain was right there as Ford did the stuff to Maligula and then shattered his own mind, and we know that psychic brains are at least aware of their surroundings to some degree and... this happened).
