Wolfwood's taking a break up on the rooftop of the inn the quartet decided to stay the night and he's joined by Vash. Despite Vash's confidence in his tolerance, it's clear that it's much lower than Wolfwood's, which makes the blonde a lot more obvious with his intentions towards Wolfwood.
