    This is meant to take place during the Transformers Prime arc where Optimus loses his memories and goes back to being Orion Pax, but if there were more Decepticons, mostly from Transformers Animated, and if he and Megatron had been in a relationship back when they were still just Megatronus and Orion Pax.

    So when Megatron orders Orion to 'entertain' his troops, petty, sassy Orion decides that he'll do it in a way that punishes Megatronus and reminds him of what kinds of entertainers Orion knew thanks to Megatronus' function.

Acquiring those from stores, particulars and museums is an easy task, until his newest target is not as common or as portable. Soundwave knows when Enough is enough, but Megatron... not quite. He reserves the privilege to not to abide by his own rules, and when his own deeds condemn the still loyal Soundwave to share his fall in disgrace, Megatron is willing to do anything to please him.

    In the interim, being fugitives requires suitable survival methods, which lead to the predictable outcomes.
