Barry Allen was Mick Rory’s enemy. To Chronos, he was merely a fixed figure in the timeline. No matter how many time travelers became involved in his timeline, Barry Allen would become the Flash, be Central City’s hero, co-found the Justice League. The Time Masters would make sure of it. This was enough to mess any kid up. There was a lot more that kid was going to have to endure before he grew strong enough to be a hero.

"Goodbye, Captain," Sara replies with tears in her eyes. While the Legends time-jump to Salvation, Mallus seeks the confrontation with Rip. He throws fireballs to him and claws at him, but the radiation of the unstable time drive doesn't let him hurts Rip.
"Quite ironic, isn't it? A time-demon who has run out of time!"
Mallus roars provocatively, but Rip let the time drive implode.We know the story of Mallus, the Legends, and Beebo. But not the story of Rip. There was a very slim chance he survived, but not equal to zero. His memories travel back to a younger version of himself, giving him another chance at saving his wife and son. But sometimes, time wants to happen.

Summary
When a person comes into the world, they have an invisible marker on the back of both of their hands, called Bond-Marks, that will guide them to their Bond-Mate; some people preferred to call them Soulmates. No on else can see the Bond-Marks, only the owner of the Marks, but when two people who were Bond-Mates touched, it was obvious.
There were six different types of Bonds, but one type of Bond is thought to be an Urban Legend:
The Infinite-Bond. Where a single individual was capable of Bonding with anyone, including the already Bonded.
