A mostly-realistic and highly self-indulgent look at what would happen if a chronically ill, ADHD, disabled, and snarky lady is tossed into a high fantasy world with nothing but the clothes on her back.

He had a sudden worst headache of his life, weakness, and vomiting. EMS brought him in, he was intubated on the way for airway protection. On arrival to the ED, his left pupil was non-reactive and he was not following commands. CT Head showed a massive left Intracranial Hemorrhage with a 12 millimeter left-to-right midline shift and enlarged ventricles,” Liz reported.
