Summary
Logan fell for Sandrock's newest builder, Nat, almost from the first time he saw her. Once the crisis in Sandrock is averted, he doesn't know how to move forward with his life or his feelings for her. So he does what he's used to doing: he keeps watch.
Nat isn't ready to put a label on these pesky feelings she has for Logan, but it's getting harder by the day. She just really wishes he would stop popping up whenever she gets hurt in her day to day life because it's super embarrassing and the one thing she hates above all is accepting help.
~
AKA, Logan follows the builder around the desert like a lost puppy because that's easier than opening up, but when she has some bad days, he can't help but step in. She's really not a fan.

Summary
From the outside, they made settling back in look easy. They reconnected with friends, moved back into their old home and continued helping wherever they could. But if you looked closer, you could see the wear and tear—the strain those two years had done to the young men. They had achieved all they had set out to do, but the wounds don't go away so easily. Logan and Haru returned to Sandrock not really knowing what was next for them. Haru had ideas about studying, but the thought of leaving Logan and Andy tore him up. Logan wanted to continue his father's work, but he was a father himself now with a son who hid his true feelings and fears from almost everyone. Their struggles don't stop as life keeps going; however, Logan finds himself becoming more and more attached to the Builder, Bonnie, who helped him and Haru achieve their goals, but his lifelong fear of love and intimacy and the trauma of losing his father make it hard for him to trust himself in their relationship.
A deeper look into Logan, Haru's and Andy's mental health once they come back to Sandrock, mostly following Logan and the Builder's relationship. The builder is named Bonnie, and she has a sister called Effie who is the builder in Portia.

Qi wasn’t sure what to expect when he walked through the door to Lucy’s home at 8:00 PM.
“Lucy,” he said, about to greet her when he saw her laying on her bed, only for his sentence to grind to a halt as he noticed two more things in rapid succession.
The first was that she was dressed as Villaia, the cunning but undeniably attractive villainess of STAROBOT, an Old World gungam he had been showing Lucy recently.
The second was that this version of Villaia’s outfit was a lot less modest than canon.

Or, Qi and the Builder have hot nerd sex.

“I, uh, couldn’t help but hear you and Enna, at the cannon. Are you…are you really just friends?” Logan asked.
Owen stopped in his tracks and turned to Logan. “You’re really asking me that in the middle of prep for a battle?”
“Yes I’m asking you that in the middle of prep for a battle! What if…any of us could die when Duvos attacks? I gotta know! I…Enna…she’s…” Logan sputtered to a halt and looked beseechingly at Owen.
Did Logan actually declare himself to the builder, Enna, right before the Duvos Invasion? How did they get there, and what happened next?

“I could satisfy you.”
What the fuck. “W-what?” She almost drops the cat, yellow eyes widening and staring up at the girl affronted. Her eyes match the cat’s as she stares incredulously at Unsuur. “I’m sorry? I feel like we're on different stones across a creek. What did you say?”
He meets her gaze, nothing on his face betraying him.
“I could satisfy you. Better than your ex ever could.”
——
Unsuur has always been an odd duck, but his drunken self is uninhibited and bold. His crush on the other builder, Scout, has been brewing since poor Nemo was almost turned into a tiny fur rug and news of her ex being inadequate in more ways than one opens a door for him to at least give something to the girl that runs herself ragged without expecting anything in return. He just wants to help her out, how could that go wrong?

Sandrock should have been an easy posting—a sun-bleached town full of dust, gossip, and routine patrols.
But Pen’s orders get complicated when his favorite builder keeps showing up in all the wrong places—and looking far too innocent doing it.
She’s clever, secretive, and entirely too calm under scrutiny. He tells himself he’s only watching her because it’s his job.
The more he looks, the harder it is to tell if she’s ruining him—or reminding him he’s still human. -

"I'll warn you, I do have a bit of a temper. But I can assure you it's reserved only for the most deplorable of scoundrels. Water thieves, killers, you know the type."
Exploring this one piece of dialogue you can get from Logan when complimenting his personality. It turns out that people creeping on the builder falls under Logan's definition of 'most deplorable scoundrels'.

Summary
Two builders arrive in Sandrock. Mi-an arrives first and she arrives early, which Mason takes as a sign to get out of dodge. But the town's not done setting up Mi-an's little atelier in town, and Yan wants her to start work early, and Rocky wants his crane, so Mason's scrapyard of a workshop will have to do.
Lucy arrives late, with a busted arm and the only thing she's itching to do is get to work. The good news is, the atelier in town is ready for her to move into. The bad news is, she came on the train that just got robbed by the most infamous outlaw this side of the Eufaula Desert.
But if Mi-an's at the center of the crises in Sandrock, and Lucy is the builder that learns to take things slow, then what does life in Sandrock look like for her?
