Las Nevadas sign made itself visible soon enough. The big placard reflected the red and blue colors due to the lighting coming from the buildings behind it added to the mid-day sun. It was pretty, to say the least.

"Life isn't a movie," George said softly. "You hit a jackpot with a nice, good-looking guy, who might be a little boring but probably isn't a bad guy. Take the win, Karl."
Karl and George are best friends. They're roommates too, actually. They have a deep strong connection with each other, even when they're both seeing other people. Just friends though, right?
