Ever since she was a child, Weiss would always indulge in many folklore and make-believe stories. She would beg her grandfather, the mighty Nicholas Schnee, to read her many tales before bed (or even tell her one of his own adventurers from time to time). To her, nothing was better than experiencing a whole new world that was derived from ancient tales.
After getting disowned, Weiss Schnee ventures off into Vale, living in the middle of the woods where she meets a certain beast that her grandfather would always tell stories about... What she didn't expect was for this beast to be a young human named Ruby, who was just as eager to become her friend (and possibly more) and protect her at all costs.

”Ruby, can you come over here, please?” Nicole’s voice cuts the two out of their tense conversation, Ruby swiftly taking the out and walking to Nicole by the bar.
”Thank-“ Before Ruby can say anything, Nicole takes her wrist and pulls her down, connecting their lips in a quick but tender kiss. Ruby freezes, eyes wide and face turning a deep shade of red at the gesture. She can hear her coworkers reacting with chuckles or surprise around her and Cheyanne scoffing loudly, and the sound of her shoes on the wooden floor dwindling away. Once the two girls break apart, Nicole is watching Cheyanne leave as Ruby stands frozen.

Hey everyone! This is part three of my work going through the life of Little Emma and Mommy Regina with Auntie Ruby always on hand to help. Including nap time, bath time, going to the store and the zoo and lots of other things they do.
In this installment: With Regina needing to work, she calls upon Emma's favourite babysitter to take care of the little girl.
