"So.. we're just not going to talk about how you nearly burnt down the whole kitchen?" Scraps had said, her voice cracking slightly. Scraps and Shrimpo had stayed silent, in horror as they witnessed the chaos that was occuring in the kitchen. Goob pouted at the two toons sitting at the checkered counter. "Scraps!.." He whined. “So.. is that a yes?” The paper craft said nervously, Shrimpo couldn't help but let out a small chuckle at the idle conversation between the two siblings, they had always been fairly close.
As much as he and the other toons had gotten caught up in the chaos, his stomach was still adamant on standing its ground. The shrimp’s stomach had let out a loud wail and the siblings had turned to looked at him.
”Hahh.. fuck it, I’m cooking.” At that point, Shrimpo had made a mental note to never let Goob near the stove ever again. He sluggishly got up from his seat at the counter and dragged himself towards the—most certainly dated fridge, swinging the refrigerator door on its rusty hinges and grabbing a carton of eggs. The craft had already sat down, legs bouncing, his head weighing on his metallic appendage—and his mind weighed down by a milligram of guilt
”Sorry, Shrimpo.. I know I’m not a very good cook, but I thought I would make you and Scraps something for change..” Shrimpo turned to look at Goob as he scraped the ash of the pan into the trash. “No, it’s fine, i’m not the greatest either.
“Well.. it’s the thought that counts, I guess?..” The paper craft said, patting her brother on the back—across the table.
Goob let out a tired sigh at the former’s words, the sound of a few clicks and the crack of an egg filled the silence lingering in the room, then sizzling. Scraps was clearly still plagued by suspicion, it was apparent that she didn’t exactly trust the shrimp. The paper craft wasn’t sure if he would put rat poison in her brother’s food, or sawdust. Maybe that was an exaggeration, but Scraps wouldn’t put it past him. He wouldn’t hesitate to pull some bullshit on someone if he got the chance, shrimpo did isolate himself from the other toons, but he did try to ruin things for them on the occasion.
Goob sniffed at the air impatiently, a faint, oily scent, mixed with the smell of bacon—came to him. His tail eagerly swung against the hard wood of the chair behind him, then he spoke. ”Shrimpo!!” Goob exclaimed, tail still wagging behind him. “What?” Shrimpo responded, turning again to look at the fluffy craft.
”Are you almost done?”
“… I just started.” The shrimp said, squinting his eyes awkwardly at Goob.
His ears drooped down at the statement, staring at the tiled floors. He let out a small whimper and an ‘awh man’.

Scraps.. what are you doing?” He looked at her, face a mixture of confusion and overall listlessness due to the way the day was unfolding.”Just checking.” The paper craft looked up at him, narrowing her eyes with suspicion.
”For what?” He questioned.
”Rat poison.”
Shrimpo’s face creased at the statement, he stared at her for a beat.
”Why the fuck would I do that? God.. is that was you guys think of me?” The shrimp said, exasperated. He groped his face in disappointment, though—he had no one else to blame but the latter. Then, Goob spoke up, the fur near his mouth enveloped in grease from his short lived meal: “Scraps, Shrimpo wouldn’t do that! We all know he does mean things sometimes, but that’s just a plain reach.”
An ear twitched. ”You can never be too sure, ya know. I mean, he hasn’t given any of us much of a reason to trust him.”
“I know, but please just have some faith in him. Shrimpo tries his best, even if he’s an asshole most of the time!

He’s… in love.
Shrimpo almost wants to fall to the ground from how sick that makes him feel. He’s aware enough to know how it should go. He’d have to confess and most of the time the other person would feel the same.
But that isn’t realistic.There’s no point in trying.
Shrimpo knows very well that Goob would never love him back. Even if they aren’t on the worst terms anymore, that doesn’t get rid of all the times he was rude to him, or to everyone else Goob loves.
So now here comes the new question,How does he get rid of it?
