Technoblade didn't understand love. Sure, he was never the best at feelings in general, but love? Terrible. It didn't help that nobody could give him an answer that made sense. He's forgotten about it for the most part, not caring too much about how he apparently was the only person in the world who can't fall in love, so ignored it, and it fell to the background. Until Tommy mentioned his love life. That, for some reason, ended up with him realizing some things.

“What are you doing?” Wilbur hadn’t meant for his words to sound sharp.
“Waiting for you to be ready,” Techno shrugged like it was nothing.
Techno was waiting, waiting for Wilbur. Just like he always did. Waiting with a hand outstretched, ready for Wilbur to take but not making a move to grab his hand. It was up to Wilbur, the choice of trust.
Wilbur nodded, “I’m ready,” determined to not back out this time, “be gentle, please,” he added as an afterthought.
