Summary
Cybertron is in the midst of being restored, the Autobots have won, and Megatron is imprisoned awaiting execution that is, until Optimus intervenes and halts the termination of the warlord.
The New Council of Cybertron is concerned over the influence Megatron might hold over the Prime, sending Optimus for a psychological evaluation and other tests to decide if the mech's recent decision is because the Prime may be compromised by his past identity Orion Pax.
Ratchet sees the New Council's taint, and jealousy of his love, and will fight to protect the ever honorable Optimus, but when Megatron's treatment in prison is revealed to Optimus, he makes a mistake he can never rectify and suddenly the world he saved, the citizens he saved, all turn upon him...
All but his mate Ratchet and perhaps... Megatron.-

When a peculiar beastmech gains traction among the gladiatorial arenas, the Functionist Council contracts Overlord to handle their problem – an experiment gone wrong. But in typical Overlord fashion, he takes matters into his own servos and, instead of killing her as ordered, decides to keep the homicidal cannibal as his latest pet. Overlord tends to break his toys, but what happens when he finds one that simply won’t stay broken? This pre-war fic mixes “What if there was a mech who technically couldn’t die?” with “What if Overlord met a mech who was just as unhinged as him?” (This is just my excuse to let Overlord be as Overlord as possible, don’t mind me.)
WARNING: PLEASE MIND THE TAGS! As for anything involving Overlord (aka Hunky Horror Husband), there is ample violence and robogore, along with several scenes of explicit torture. Multiple scenes involve detailed rape/noncon and plenty of extreme dubcon. Even with all that, I still hope to attempt giving this a happy ending… or rather, as happy an ending as can be for two completely unhinged murderhobos.

Summary
Following the Autobots attempt at exodus, the disappearance of Optimus Prime, the subsequent invasion, conquering and Cyberforming of Earth by the Decepticons, the planet, now 65% Cyberformed, is no longer the same. The planet’s surface is tattered and ravaged by Cybermatter, entire ecosystems were destroyed, many species are now entirely extinct, humans that once numbered in the billions, now are numbering in the hundreds of thousands and survivors are enslaved by the Decepticons, subject to a form of ‘species preservation’ as pure humans are becoming more and more rare and sought after as techno-organic humans become the majority of their species. It has been two thousand years since then, and humans, just as much as their recovering natural environment, are starting to grow on them.
This story mainly follows a Veterinarian known as Jackie, the human he cares for and those that they come to care about along the way, but there's one who seeks to keep Jackie for themselves, Pharma, the deluded medic who will stop at nothing to have Jackie all to himself. Will Jackie be able to get away? Will Optimus Prime be found? And who is the mech Megatron has as his partner?
