Summary
Once, Ash was a human. Stonecarver is the somber story of a powerful figure brought low, who tries to find out about her human past while her other voice pressures her to become stronger and seek everlasting life instead. Motivated only by the eternal search for satisfaction, Ash is willing to do whatever it takes to find those memories even if it means going against her former employer and the cruel voice in her head that tells her how pathetic she is for being tied to the concept of a person who no longer exists.

Lamb was the cookie-cutter, picture perfect version of a cult leader. They were what Narinder wished all their vessels were like before. They were skilled in combat, kept faith high always, and were very loyal to The One Who Waits. The only thing Narinder disliked was how soft they were, never sacrificing or murdering their followers; this displeased him. Despite this setback, the final battle between God and vessel took place. Struggling to cope with his mortality, Narinder finds himself vulnerable to Lamb’s manipulation and heavy obsession with him.

After his indoctrination into the Lambs cult, Leshy struggles to adjust to his new (and completely different) life. Although it isn't the most ideal situation to be in, the lamb did assign one of his missionaries to aid him in fitting in.
A little yellow cat.
He wasn't all that, but why does Leshy feel such a strong attachment to this cat?

Leshy has lost his crown and his eyes. Now, in the service of the Lamb whom he still despises as much as ever, he tries to at least get used to life without seeing the light of day. He barely succeeds and his frustration grows day by day, until a follower, a yellow cat, decides to extend a hand to him towards a world filled with camellias and things to discover without eyes.

Why does it seem that the lamb wants him here regardless of everything? Why does it seem that millennium-long understandings are crumbling right before him?

Lamb's love language is physical contact but they find they can't ask their followers for help with this. They also feel like they can't ask their other "acquaintances" so they try to bear with feeling unloved while on their mission to free The One Who Waits.
Still, they try to befriend Aym and Baal and also become closer with The One Who Waits.
They also try their best to close the gap between them and the members of their cult, with varying levels of success.

Summary
Narinder entertains the Lamb and endeavors to remain patient with them because “he wants the Lamb to be utterly, completely devoted to him.” Unbeknownst to him, the Lamb has been deeply devoted from the beginning, and he harbors increasingly concerning emotions towards the Lamb that he doesn’t quite know how to handle.
The Lamb promised to provide joy for both he and his disciples. Narinder envisioned it—how nice the breath of fresh grass would be, how warm the covers of a bed might be like on his fur, how curious his travels with the Lamb will feel. Then all at once his foolishness washed over his back like cold water. Narinder frowned deeply, and emotions that he refused to define as yearning quickly contorted into wrath. Thoughts paced rapidly through his mind—The Lamb made him this way, the Lamb passed on their foolishness to him, and he has been charmed by the Lamb. He felt no longer like a god, no. He felt sick within his body. He was nothing more than a weak and bumbling clown, harvesting feelings for a mortal playing as a false deity.
… But try as he might, he could not deny his raging emotions any longer.
