Summary
The Arboria Conflux is one of the ships on the fronts of the Affini Compact, inside of it there are many stories of those that learned to live with the Compact, fought back or happily threw themselves into the loving vines of the Affini.
Follow Clementine, a TCN Captain of her own ship caught in the clutches of the Affini with her fate being Mandatory Domestication and several other Sophonts on their journey through wardship, domestication or living life as a floret already! From Alexelle who learns to view the world as a video game to Hame desperately struggling to remain in control of her life as the Affini take away bit by bit her autonomy. Summary
The Midas Star System, property of Cadmium Systems, LIC, is a powerful mining empire a stone's toss away from Sol. Workers here are born in company dorms, fed company calories, and have their ashes deposited in company catacombs. Unfortunately, this metropolis happens to be in the crosshairs of the Affini Compact's Ceratium Fleet—those little cuties never stood a chance! These stories are ordered chronologically and all occur within the Midas System or C-Sys at large, but there's no mandatory reading order. You can enjoy the stories in whatever order you wish, or skip any you dislike!
