“Oh, no, you definitely don’t want to do that,” Kara said, picking up a paper cup and dumping a teabag in it.
The woman next to her looked up, surprise etched onto her pale, drawn face. “Excuse me?” she rasped.
Kara nodded at the coffee pot the woman had picked up and wrinkled her nose. “You’d get better coffee at the 7-Eleven across the street and that’s saying something. I’d stick with tea.”
“Oh. Oh … okay.”
“First time?” Kara asked, glancing sideways at the woman.
She was striking, her medium height made a fraction taller by her heels, the tailored cut of her clothes precise, her makeup perfect and her dark hair long and sleek. In her scrubs and denim jacket, bare-faced and dishevelled, Kara felt positively inadequate. And yet, there was the same hollowed out look to the newcomer's face, a sadness in her green eyes, a weary slump to her shoulders that was recognisable.
“Yes.”
Picking up a glazed donut, Kara took a bite and gave her a strained smile. “I’d say it’s good to have you here but … well, obviously not.”

Sara Lance had not expected to be doing this today, or ever really. Yet she was. Considering all the things she’d had to deal with in her life this wasn’t exactly high on the unbelievability spectrum but there was still something about it that just… she couldn’t have ever guessed this one.
When Supergirl and Lena Luthor are affected by an alien toxin and begun behaving erratically it's up to Sara Lance to keep them safe. A task that involves less kicking ass and more comforting a crying Lena Luthor and handing Supergirl burgers than she expected.

When Mon-El comes to Earth, all the (straight) girls fall for him, he has this *magic* charm or whatever. And he’s the type who would act on it.
BUT who’s to say Kara doesn’t actually have the same power? Literally all the guys she has around, and arguably all the girls *choughs* Kat *choughs* Lucy *choughs* Shioban *choughs* LENA *choughs* have a crush on her, only she’s too pure, clueless and maybe ace to see it/act on it?
Yes only the guys actually asked her out, but maybe all these bi girls were socialised into recognising a crush as *admiration* or *friendship*, and Kara is not responding to it at all so they don’t even try.
Tl;dr Kara has the same super-charm as Mon-El but she’s ace and clueless."

“I don’t think I believe you,” Lena whispered, breath hot across Kara’s neck as she leaned in. The Kryptonian woman shuddered, a tremor wracking her body as the other arm settled in, just above Kara’s shoulder. Pinning her in place; holding her still. “I saw the way you looked at me, you know. How much you enjoyed watching me drink from her. Would you like to know what it feels like? I could show you, if you let me."
