Just as the champion starts to greet him, Wolfie’s ears suddenly perk up and his head tilts curiously as he nudges his face into Wild’s stomach, sniffing around Wild’s waist in confusion.
“Uhh, what are you doing there, Wolfie..?” Wild asks slowly, holding out his hand to try and deter the wolf, however that doesn’t stop him as he tries to figure out what’s going on. He smells something, Wild knows that, but he can’t figure out what it could possibly be that’s puzzling his companion so much.

Summary
Usually when the Chain is in one of their own eras, the responsibility of leading them forward is given to whichever one of them said era belongs to, regardless of whether or not it’s one of their older members. After all, no one knows their surroundings better than the person who has lived there their entire life, so it’s not a hard choice to make, and though they all put their heads together to plan out what they should try to do in a general sense, nobody tries to argue with the resident Link on where they should be heading.
Which is why it’s so odd when Wild finds himself speaking up as they approach the forest they needed to go through.

“Hey, there you are,” Time’s voice sounds calmly from behind him. Wild doesn’t glance back to look at him nor move at all but as Time walks over to the spot next to him, he doesn’t protest the older hero’s presence and instead simply lets out a quiet breath, Time taking that as the permission it is to settle down next to him on the hill.
Time gives him a moment more of silence, the two of them just spending time in the presence of nature, before he asks “Was it a memory?” Wild shakes his head ever so slightly, but luckily Time sees it and lets out a quiet hum of acknowledgment. “Do you want to talk about it?”

The Hero of Twilight stares at his traveling companion from his spot on the other side of the fire, the crackling flames acting as a buffer between them as the Hylian champion cooked their dinner for the night, the untamed wilderness the only other source of noise to fill the space around them. Tonight Wild seemed to be cooking some sort of meat and vegetable dish, a not unfamiliar meal for the two of them, the cook working mostly in silence. Wild glances up tentatively from the fire to find Twilight already looking at him. He tries to give the younger hero a friendly smile when their eyes meet, but just as quickly as they locked gazes, Wild is looking back down, focusing rather intently on his cooking, or rather, focusing on anything other than the man on the other side of the fire. Twilight can’t help but let out a slight sigh to himself as he dug the toe of his boot into the dirt.

Summary
Bokuto couldn’t say how much time has passed since he ended up here, lying down on the bed with his hands resting over his stomach, his gaze unbreaking from its place on the ceiling above him. He couldn’t even necessarily say that he knows how he got here in the first place, aside from knowing that he felt too drained to do any of the things he had been doing earlier in the day. It’s anybody’s guess as to what caused the depression to settle in this time. It’s not like he’s had a particularly bad day or even week, things have been pretty normal.

When Link wakes up in the morning, it takes him a second to remember where he is, his thoughts scrambled, but he's sure that's just because of him barely being awake. It isn't too long though before he recognizes that he is in Sidon's personal chambers as has become typical for his visits to the domain since Sidon began courting him a couple of months ago.
What he also recognizes is the distinct presence of a headache, making him have to close his eyes again, and it requires noticeably more effort for him to take in a breath as a result of the congestion that's appeared as well. Despite how incredibly rarely it happens, both in recent memory and even from what he's been told of his life 100 years ago, there's only one possible conclusion he can draw from this: he's sick.
But he can't afford to deliberate much on that. As much as he would love to stay in Zora's Domain for even just a bit longer, he knows he has responsibilities back at the castle and as soon as Sidon is done with that meeting he’d mentioned yesterday, he probably should leave sooner rather than later if he intends to get back by nightfall.

Cyno watches as the Amurta student finishes talking with one of his peers, keeping out of sight as the other student is politely turned down for a project collaboration. As they leave the greenhouse of Pardis Dhyai, the student Cyno’s observing goes back to looking over his notes, turned away from the General Mahamatra once more.
With that last interaction just now, Cyno has come to his final conclusion regarding the danger this scholar poses within the Akademiya and quietly starts to make his own way out to go write up his report that the threat is resolved. One of the student’s ears flick a little from the corner of his eye.
“I know you’ve been observing me for the past week, you don’t have to try and hide.”

Summary
Atsumu’s not good with communication, he hasn’t been his entire life.
He tended to be a bit too harsh for most people as a result of his passion and dedication to volleyball. He likes to think that he just knows exactly what he’s worth and the way he sees it, he shouldn’t have to compromise an inch of who he is and what he can do to make himself more palatable for others. There’s really no advantage in that, because they wouldn’t be liking him for the way he actually is and he’d be miserable in trying to be something he’s not anyways. And no matter what, he never feels the need to hide how he’s feeling about anything. Oftentimes, his communication with others is often not great because to many people, he says or is too much for them to really want to be around him. It’s not something that gets to him, he’s used to it, he’s bound to after years of his behavior ticking people off.
And yet, he’s now trying to do exactly the opposite of that, trying to not let on to his emotions to the one person he’s had by his side his entire life.

Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem, but it reminded him of one of the most difficult parts for the two of them when Kenma was the one who went with him to Osaka.
