Gangle sniffled. Jax quickly put on his grin again when she turned to look at him. "See? Th-that's what I mean...", she stuttered out, grimacing in confusion. "You say stuff that's supposed to hurt and say you don't care yet you sit here beside me and tell me I'm not alone." Her eyes seemed to stare straight into his soul. Jax wanted to run. "So, w-why haven't you walked away already, Jax? Why are you still here?"
Silence. Jax's heart had stopped beating completely. He could feel the grin slide off his face, the cracks forming in his well-maintained facade. Then, with the intensity of an 80.000 pound truck hitting you at 105mph, everything started again.

He's fine when his best friend suddenly becomes aggressive and turns on him. He's fine when he starts pushing everyone else away. He's fine after fighting with Pomni when she claims they're friends. And he's sure as hell fine when he locks himself and his room, slowly beginning to abstract.
Jax's world is coming down around him and he struggles to admit that he's lost control, that maybe he's never been in control.
When he started to abstract he didn't expect to wake up. He didn't expect the rest of the circus to suddenly be rallying with him after everything he said and did.
And he definitely didn't expect that he might finally have to admit, to himself and everyone else, that he's not okay.
(OR: After episode 6 Jax starts to abstract. The gang finds a way to stop it but there are… consequences. Jax is forced to think about his past and becomes angry at the idea that he once again could be hopeless. But is he really?)

As he was organizing his plans, he suddenly opened his eyes and a severe headache overwhelmed him.In his panic he got up from his chair but his vision was blurred. He quickly tried to hold on to the desk with one hand, the other being on his head, although he did so, he still ended up passing out. He tried to move his body away from the desk so as not to hurt himself but too late his left side hit the corner of the desk violently.
«It's definitely going to leave marks...» He thought before losing consciousness.
