Summary
Danny’s parents’ portal explodes and kills Danny’s loved ones, he himself being extremely close to a second death.
Clockwork intervenes to save the King of the Infinite Realms as his death would result in a major destabilization of the entire universe. Danny is forced into his core to recover, and Clockwork sends him to the DC universe to somebody who can guard the vulnerable ruler while he recovers.
Jason Todd is just the man for the job, apparently. So now he’s got a (ghost) child running around his life.
It seems he’s turning into his dad.

Behind him, all in various stages of injury, stood the entire Justice League, watching the small cabin with curious glances. An awkward silence surrounded them, until Hal finally spoke up, his voice more than slightly nervous. “Are you sure about this, Batman?” To his everlasting credit, Bruce only hesitated for a second before grunting back a “Yes. These are allies.” The door swung open, revealing an older-looking teen with guns strapped to his thighs. The league froze. This, whatever this was, was not what they had expected when Batman himself led them to a safe-house in the middle of nowhere. The teen sighed, glaring at them.

Hood grunts. He wraps the fabric quickly, tying off the end so closely to an eyebolt on the stage floor that Tim can’t, quite, fully straighten like this. With the band wrapped from his wrists to the end of his fingers, he also won’t be able to pick at the knot with his hands. That’s fine. His plan requires him to be alone with the alpha. He’ll pick his time.
“Yeah, that’s good,” Hood praises firmly. Tim wishes he didn’t react to it, that he didn’t have a weakness for praise, but a small part of him perks up from the focused anxiety to preen at the comment. I’m pathetic. Hood only rubs another hand over Tim’s hair and turns back to Jack with a final, “Good boy, baby bird. I’ll be back to collect you in a minute.”

Summary
Gods, Tim had thought Joker was just targeting him to kill him, like he always did with Robins. Not to turn him into some kind of mini Joker, into a weapon against Batman. Not to mention it fucking hurt. Tim barely noticed when Joker spun out of the room, distracted by the way his blood was turning to acid. His bones felt like they were splintering, and Tim couldn’t hold back the whimpers through gritted teeth or the way tears streamed down the sides of his face, salt stinging the abused skin.
Tim knew how to withstand torture. He knew how important it was to keep a goal in mind. Thankfully, Tim already knew what his goal was.

Bruce's sons are dead, his body is broken, and his mind is in shambles. Not for nothing, though, he is the Batman, and he is never out of back-up plans. Unfortunately, this back-up plan involves summoning an otherworldly entity and trading away the very essence of his being.

Tim Drake used to be Robin. Then he turned into Joker's kidnaped son. Now he's back in Wayne manor, but he can't be Robin anymore. Now people get scared when they laugh. He hasn't been in the Batcave since he was rescued. JJ and Tim are very confused, what are they supposed to do now?
Jason Todd used to be Robin. Then he was beaten with a crowbar by the Joker and blown up in a warehouse. Now he's alive and back in Wayne manor, but he can't be Robin anymore. Now it's been six years, the family has changed, and someone else has taken his mantle. Jason is furious, but he's got bigger things to think about.
Two of Bruce's sons, both screwed up and needing help, have to rely on each other to heal.

Summary
Jason wakes up after over a year of torture, now in the hands of the League, his body mostly mended. He's given the resources and the means to grow again and become better than the child who he believes died in that abandoned wing of Arkham. And he's also given the bastard son of Bruce fucking Wayne to bring back with him, despite his feelings on children being involved.
Arriving in Gotham, after months of planning and years of training, his plan started with one simple step. Locating the new Robin. Only, just like everything else in his life so far, that step suddenly wasn't so simple.
