Dream wants… so much. Too much. He wants to come up behind Hob and wrap his arms around his waist and hold him close. He wants to whisper in his ear that it is okay, that Dream still wants him, that he can come back. He wants to tell him how much he misses him and beg him to leave with him, leave the estate, leave his marriage, leave the country, leave the hemisphere.
Dream wants to grab Hob’s hair in his fist and pull his head back until he drops to his knees, then put a very specific ball gag in his mouth and remind him that the Prince of Stories never did release him from his service as Knight.

Summary
Arthur Pendragon is what the dictionary defines as the perfect Alpha, except for one small detail: he hates Omegas. He does not intend to mate with one. Merlin Emrys is an Omega, different from the others: he hates Alphas. He does not consider even remotely bending his existence to the will of the dominant race.

The imprinting works like "love at first sight". After it happens, nothing becomes more important than being with your partner, looking for him and wanting him almost obsessively.
It is like falling in love, but ten times faster. A belonging to each other, realizing they can turn themselves into everything the other needs: a protector, a brother, a friend or a lover.
No suppressors can work against it: the stronger chemistry between the species defeats the chemical industry. The desire becomes need, which in turn becomes domain.
If he saw Arthur again, he was almost certain, given the hormonal reaction of their bodies when they first met, that the imprinting was soon to follow and then the Bond.

Here’s the thing people don’t understand about Merlin; He’s beautiful. He’s beautiful in all the ways that boy plastered on magazines aren’t and Arthur doesn’t understand how in the world no one has marked Merlin with teeth that bite too hard because Merlin is theirs, if only for the night.
Merlin is 17 and failing Biology. Arthur is 27 and teaching Biology.
Merlin and Arthur's relationship, there is a heavy dom/sub role here. It's smutty and heartbreaking all at the same time, you just have to stick with it. I cried thinking up some of the plot line.Bookmarked by SueRose

Summary
Arthur has always had distant dreams of leaving Camelot. They were never more than a wistful fantasy, at least once he grew up.
Finding out about Merlin’s magic changes everything though, and not only because Arthur would do more to keep Merlin safe than he cares to admit. What follows are secrets upon secrets, allowing the dreams to slip back in as all his father’s lies unravel around him. Slowly but surely, Camelot feels less like a home and more like a gilded cage, and Arthur isn’t so certain anymore whether he’s the right person to carry this legacy. If he even wants to.
One final secret, one opportunity, and suddenly the dreams aren’t mere dreams anymore. Merlin wouldn’t be Merlin if he didn’t follow wherever Arthur goes, and as they try to outrun Uther’s manhunt for them, they have to learn to live a life that’s about more than duty, other’s expectations, and a destiny that has never once cared for them.
Or: Arthur long since expected that one day, he might have to flee Camelot with Merlin. He just never thought that he would be the reason.

Summary
Merlin, Prince of Dracaneard, only meant to go visit Camelot in secret so he could see the land of prophecy and meet his uncle. He really didn’t intend to save Prince Arthur’s life or be given a job as his manservant for the trouble.
But it’s a good way to get to know the prince who is prophesied to unite Albion and bring back magic by Merlin’s side, isn’t it? And it’s not as if Arthur knows that his newest servant is the crown prince to Camelot’s enemy.
Surely, this won’t turn ten shades of complicated all too soon.
