Mumbo is the Curator of the Grand Library of Stelladigmata, the sunken city of Ancient Builders. Over his many years in his role, he has never once failed to protect his precious archive. If a fire mage shows up and tells him to strip – or he'll burn down the library – then he will strip. No matter how he feels about it.
As the actions of the two thugs escalate, however, he can't help, but wonder if his choice to endure is even his own – or if the Grand Library has some mysterious power over him that demands he protect it at all costs.

Ex had many hobbies in life. Bribery. Blackmail. Arson. If he had to pick a favorite, though, it was pestering his goody-two-shoes clone. The “better” brother. Xisuma “Everyone-has-good-qualities” Void and his server of holier-than-thou loons whose trust-based system had, against all odds, yet to implode.
But surely, Ex wasn’t experiencing fondness for this backwards place. It certainly hadn’t grown on him after countless hours spent attempting to bring about its demise. Not at all.

Nobody ever stopped to consider that Doc would one day be over thirty years old, working nine to five at a lab, desperately trying to unravel the absurd circumstances of his existence.
Doc smelled like an entire rose garden. And he was also really horny, which was a rather strange combination. He didn’t know what that meant and it was driving him up the wall.
