Summary
Tommy woke to the scent of rot and the creeping sensation of total claustrophobia.
He tried to move his arms upward to push whatever it was off of him, but the object was unyielding. The darkness seemed to seep into his core, bringing panic with it as he realised what was on top of him.
It took him half an hour to stop screaming. The cheap velvet of the coffin's lid fell victim to his frantic clawing and soon after that his hands met wood.
He started screaming again. The air seemed to grow thinner by the moment and all he could think about was the soil pressing down on the coffin's lid.
That mocking, cruel voice seemed to be etched into his soul. Those final words said before his heart was ripped out of his chest and blood poured into his lungs.

So, he nods along to Dream to keep him happy before Tommy tears this whole fucking thing down. If Tommy were honest with himself, he’d say there's a small part of him that doesn’t know how to feel about this. Dream may be an ass, possibly the worst person out there, but he did help Tommy. When he was young, scared and alone Dream stepped in and kept him alive. The still young, scared and alone part of him will mourn that loss.
But the bigger, angrier part of him can't wait to see the look on Dreams face when he sees who betrayed him. The fucker deserves it after everything he’s done.
“Why’d you run?”
But that one, that one he won't answer. Not fully at least.
They know Dream found him, they know he kept him in that warehouse for years, they know Dream taught Tommy everything and that’s how he became Maverick. They know nothing about why Dream did any of that.
He didn’t tell them anything about why Tommy even followed Dream, because he was so fucking stupid for being so naïve and—fuck, if it isn't a weakness of his.
“I realized Dream wasn’t a good person” he settles on “I ran. But he found me”

Tommy's called Blindspot for a reason. He’s not invisible, as he’s reminded Dream time and time again - people can definitely see him. They just don’t notice. He blends into plain sight, totally diverting all attention like water off of a duck.
Usually, anyway. Orpheus, however, stiffens a little as Tommy draws nearer. He starts glancing around, as if struck by sudden paranoia. Tommy draws up in front of him, staff clenched in one hand, and Orpheus starts turning as if to check behind him.
“What’s that,” Orpheus mutters. “Who’s there-“
Tommy pulls his staff back and slams it into Orpheus’s stomach, hard.
Orpheus stumbles. He wheezes, choking, and then looks up at Tommy and fixes him with a burning stare.
“Who the fuck are you,” Orpheus says, eyes wild and oddly delighted. “Where were you hiding?”

Suspected of betraying the Hero Guild, Apprentice hero Tommy (A.K.A. Blindspot) is put under Security Protocol Catbag: a locked-on noise cancelling mask equipped with truth gas. His mentor, Dream, calls it a necessary teaching tool.
Meanwhile, SBI wants to know why their least favorite loudmouth little Hero has suddenly stopped talking.

Until Tommy went to War.Or, Tommy is 10 years old and is taken away to an army training camp. He isn't there to become a solider but once the Commander realises that he would be the perfect Medic he gets trained to heal and not kill. Slightly based of Hacksaw Ridge but most an original idea.

“We just want to ask a few questions,” Zephyrus explains, and in a blink the three top supervillains stand in front of him; Ares, Melpomene and Zephyrus all banded together to cast a menacing shadow over his head.
“Oh, fuck no,” he spits, thrashing harder against his restraints and ignoring the way the ropes chafe uncomfortably against the soft flesh of his wrists. Ares snorts and Melpomene only grins, as if he’s just seen something particularly amusing.
“Well, if you don’t answer, then we’ll just have to make you,” the villain muses, making him flinch as the man leans in closer to ghost his breath against his ear.
Tommy grumbles unintelligibly, leaning back in his chair as he resigns himself completely to his fate. All he has to do is lie well enough on the questions that they don’t suspect anything. Simple. Easy.
“So, we understand you have a pretty strong healing factor.”
Oh, he’s fucked.

Technoblade arched his brow as he wound the boxing wraps around Tommy’s knuckles. The teenager’s hands were textured strangely under Technoblade’s fingers, stretches of burn scars pockmarking the skin. They trembled involuntarily.
Tommy continued: “I’m not supposed to hit people. Sam’s been getting on my ass about it for years. Now all of a sudden, he wants me to? Wants me to get better at it, even?”
Technoblade suppressed his huff of laughter. He didn’t need this kid thinking he found him at all amusing. “That’s not why you’re here.”
“Right,” Tommy drawled, tilting his head up to fix Technoblade with a squint-eyed look. With his blonde curls and blue eyes, the kid looked positively angelic. That illusion was shattered the moment he opened his mouth. “I’m here to learn discipline. Get some aggression out. Become a decent fucking member of society.”
“Can’t help you with that last one,” Technoblade said honestly.
Or, thanks to an act of persuasion by an old friend, Technoblade finds himself teaching a teenager with a troubled past how to box. Together, they carve out a future, though not without a few bloody noses along the way.

Tommy has bad luck.
This is the number one undeniable fact of the universe. The grass is green, the sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening, and Tommy has bad luck.
And so, when Tommy starts to feel the tug of a person, handpicked by the universe for him, he’s not exactly optimistic. Tommy’s opinion on it doesn’t really matter, as soulmates are the second undeniable fact of the universe. Everyone has one, everyone finds one, platonic, romantic, or familial, the universe practically shoving you together by pulling an invisible string. It’s not all bad, Tommy realizes when Tubbo finds Ranboo and Ranboo finds Tubbo. They work. In their own flawed, bizarre way.
Now, that’s all good and fine, except for when it’s not. Tommy’s soulmate seems to share the same horrid luck that Tommy has, as Tommy is constantly being thrown, pulled, dragged every which way, which is only meant to happen so frequently and aggressively, if their soulmate is in danger or distressed. He'll figure out why if it's the last thing he does.
