Helena starts to tense her stomach and tighten her legs together almost the second the switch in the elevator happens, preparing for a mad dash to the bathroom. Then it's emptying her bladder in the first-floor Women's room, letting her driver take her home, and either ignoring the other, incomprehensibly needy feeling inside of her or shamefully giving in. Helly never crosses the line. She lets Helena feel the pain of a full bladder, the embarrassing desperation of needing to pee without ever leaving her so full that she pisses herself.

“But your tract is too scarred to use the same approach. My modified technique won’t cause you any permanent damage, but there may be some… somatosensory effects.” She glances down at his crotch, and Mark feels his face flush with shame and anger.
Reghabi is forced to adjust her approach to reach Mark’s chip. To both of their horror, it involves stimulating the pleasure centers of his brain.

Then she quirks her head, considering. Helly slowly brings two fingers up to the smear of blood Mark accidentally left on her inner cheek and sucks both of them into her mouth experimentally, gazing wolfishly at him through half-lidded eyes.
