Summary
With their next comeback fast approaching, tensions are high and everybody is stressed. After accidentally causing an injury to one of his members at dance practice, Seungmin goes back to their dorm alone. Feeling guilty, even though he knows it’s not his fault, he tries to make dinner for his members. Hiding his own injured wrist and not expecting the knives to be as sharp as they are, Seungmin cuts himself badly, but not wanting to be a burden, he doesn’t alert anyone. When the others finally come home, they’re in for a bad surprise when they find their second youngest sitting in his own blood in the middle of the kitchen.

Minho laughs then, the sound bubbling dry and hoarse from the depths of his throat. He lifts his bleeding hand, and Seungmin’s eyes latch to limb in horror. Minho shakes his head.
“No,” he says, and his eyes are wet again. “Here.” He presses the hand to his chest, to the cavernous hole that hides behind layers of clothing and skin. “Here. Hurts here, Seungmin.”

“What?”
“We need to go there and find these six idiots.”
Or: Jeongin, Seungmin, Felix, Jisung, Hyunjin and Changbin liked to go on sort of adventures together once in a while. It could be some rumours of a magical treasure in the school football field or a cat sneaking in the school gym. They would go even if it sounded ridiculous because it was still an adventure after all.
These little quests were harmless fun until six of them vanished without a trace. Now, it was up to Chan and Minho to find them.
Things started to make sense when Minho recalled Felix mentioning a strange book about a magic forest that they'd found in their school library.

Summary
Out of all of the members, Jeongin is the weakest fighter.
Not that he’s bad, far from it. He’s just got the least experience of them all, preferring to do damage with his computer than with his fists. It’s why everyone is always the most protective of him.
Or at least, that's what Seungmin tells himself when his stomach drops as Jeongin narrowly avoids a fist to the face.
He takes down the man who went for the punch, managing to knock him unconscious.
Another guy swings a baton, which Jeongin dodges, using the man’s momentum to pull his arm through and yank it backwards. Seungmin can almost hear the crack it makes, but the man doesn’t give up. He whips around, forcing Jeongin to duck his other arm as he does so.
But Jeongin is so focused on that guy, he hasn’t noticed the third circling behind him, edging towards him with a knife in his hand.
Seungmin doesn’t hesitate. He takes aim and pulls his trigger.
And misses.

Summary
“I come with some less than pleasant news,” Mr. Choi surveys the house as he enters, moving to the living room to sit down on the couch. “It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you of your father’s passing.”
Jisung hears the words. He hears the words and they make sense. They process in his mind, he turns them over once, as though he was just told it’d rain later today and he should dress accordingly. He feels a pang of sadness, for the loss of life, but it leaves just as quickly.
OR
Jisung is forced to join an organization his father used to work for with some less than savory tasks at hand, and Minho’s there to show him that maybe not everyone in this place is evil. Until all of a sudden he’s not, and Jisung is alone all over again.

“They?” Minho repeats. Surely the man doesn’t mean the town.
“The townsfolk,” the man murmurs. “They assumed you would finish the job painfully.”
Minho narrows his eyes. He resents the townsfolk for assuming that he’d kill anyone found in one of his circles just for being in one of his circles, but there’s something else about the man’s words that takes precedence over his irritation with the town. “Finish? I’d finish the job?”
“It doesn’t matter,” the man says, resignation clear in his voice.
It doesn’t matter? It doesn’t matter? Of course it matters.Or: Minho finds a dying man in one of his fairy rings.
