Tim 19, is at a gala with his parents. Feeling overwhelmed he snags a flute of champagne and starts feeling ill.
He's been taking sertraline for his depression since he was 18. His parents don't know, and won't notice he's feeling ill, so Tim isolates himself in a bathroom.
Damian finds him unconscious on the floor and gets Dick. Tim vomits in Dick's shoes and is mortified, desperate for them not to get Bruce or alert his parents.
Bruce gets everyone but Dick to leave the room and Leslie is on her way. Tim's parents gave left, and the Wayne's are taking Tim away from the gala.

Tim Drake has made his career out of the improbable. The whole, Bruce-Is-In-The-Timestream Incident, for one. Ra's Al Ghul, and the multiple secret identities of fellow heroes and even some villains as another, and really, they should make more of an effort to hide if they didn't want him to know.
This scenario was equally improbable. His parents, essentially parent-trapping him? Mega-Yikes, as the kids would say. No-Cap, Tim would reply, if only to watch Jon stutter and try to explain "that isn't how you use that word!"
In any case, Tim can handle two surprise siblings. Especially supposed civilians. Maybe it'll go poorly, but hey, it can't be any worse than his first meetings with Jason and Damian.Right?

Summary
The hours feel like no time has passed at all, and yet, simultaneously a lifetime due to his excitement.
He's not here for a case after all, Tim grins to himself as he parks the motorcycle in front of the hospital. A medium size, he thinks absently, as he walks through the entrance. Away from a city like Gotham where they need multiple gigantic hospitals for all the injuries suffered. Not so small it barely has any occupants, though.
Tim casually pulls his hair out of it's ponytail and puts on a beanie and some hipster glasses. Clark had the right idea after all- hiding in plain sight works much better than people would assume -and once he unzips his jacket to reveal a superboy t-shirt he looks as far away from Timothy Drake-Wayne as he possibly can while still looking like Tim.
