Between the realms of Heaven and Hell lies the realm known as Purgatory, where angels and demons are tasked with helping or tempting human souls in their efforts to achieve final salvation. However, some humans have unfinished business on Earth they wish they could fix. Fortunately, there is the Heavenly Ordained Problem Enders (H.O.P.E). Lead by their founder, Blitz (the o is silent), he works with his adopted niece, Loona, and married couple Moxxie and Millie in their efforts to head to the human world and do your last request for a small fee.
In their latest case, H.O.P.E. is tasked to help a recently deceased former gangster turned community helper in preventing his younger brother, Zac, from falling into the same gangster lifestyle he was once a part of. Fearing his old gang will recruit or hurt his younger brother, he asks H.O.P.E. to protect him and help him move on with his death. The angels will find it quite a challenge as Zac is stubborn and hindered with grief but they're determined to help him as best as they can. Especially since Blitz finds himself relating to the kid due to sharing past regrets.

Summary

Even the demons of Hell are ready for a day of romance, especially our I.M.P crew. However, things change when Loona acts suspicious in saying she's got something to do on Purgatory and, wanting to make sure she's okay, Blitzo brings his team (aka forces them) to follow him in stalking his daughter.
Meanwhile, C.H.E.R.U.B. is preparing to take part in a massive blessing campaign for Valentine's Day, but Collin backs out upon stating he has a date. Eager to see who their friend is dating, Cletus and Keenie secretly follow him to find out who the lucky girl is. Little do both groups know that they're about to find out some pretty interesting secrets being kept from them that will change both groups relationship drastically...
(Note: This was supposed to be this years Valentine's Day fic, but I hit a roadblock with it and did something else. Having fixed that roadblock and wanting to put more CollinxLoona fics, I've decided to finish it)

Not long after Loona made up with Blitzo and healed the bond between did Millie reveal that Blitzo's ex, Verosika, was gathering an army of their old enemies to take them out based on one of the futures she saw in the Mirrors of Fate. While on a raid, they end up saving Collin the cherub, who refused to fall like his former friends, and he helps them take down the syndicate. Years later, Collin now works with the Heaven sponsored Afterlife Gifted Guardian and Retribution Organization (A.G.G.R.O) that has taken I.M.P. and made it more about protection and retribution rather then revenge. With peace between Heaven and Hell stable thanks to the success of the Hazbin Hotel system, Collin has become close friends with those he once disliked and feared, especially Loona who he shares a close bond with.
One day, Loona comes to work after dealing with a messy breakup and confides that she just wants one Valentine's Day where she can experience what everyone else has with their lovers. Feeling sorry for her, Collin decides to surprise everyone, including himself, by asking Loona out on a date on Valentine's Day. Will it be just for one night or something more?
