A man wearing a light denim jacket over a dark blue shirt came into the shop, a box tucked under his right arm. Despite it being late afternoon, he was wearing sunglasses with bright blue lenses, and his long, dark hair was pulled back in a messy little bun. A few strands had escaped, framing his strong, unshaven jawline. The man looked into the café, smiled widely, and waved in Clint’s direction as he kept walking into the bookstore, and Steve’s mouth went completely dry.
Beautiful, was the only word to describe that smile; straight, white teeth framed by full, lush, red lips, bracketed by laugh lines and an adorable dimple in his right cheek, a charming little chin cleft just visible under the light stubble—Steve was struck literally speechless. And that was before he got a glimpse of the man’s backside. Slim hips and a round, firm-looking ass led to long, lean legs that were encased in snug, dark blue jeans.
“Guh,” Steve said, watching the dark-haired man continue on to the back of the store.

Fairies are, regrettably, notoriously inept with tech - all the rage in these novel times, so Malleus ropes in the best person to help him, slowly realizing he he may have fallen into a pit darker than the mud of overblot.And so Idia Shroud, the lord of escapism and the owner of a death-bound destiny set in stone, finds himself in the company of the ever enigmatic fairy prince. He does not believe in true love, and would love to chalk it all up to business, and the way that the human brain is wired. However, there is more to the themes of fantasy stories that he dismisses so readily than he cares to admit.
The two gradually come to realize that magic solves much more than they were hoping for... but way less than what they come to need.

Soon, Malleus and Idia find themselves back inside the warmth of the guest room, where Idia peels off himself that shameful crime against style and reason he almost forgot he committed.
Malleus watches him struggle with clothing, obviously tired beyond measure. First fiery colors of the day paint the horizon.
"It is the 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 now."
Throwing the hoodie on the chair, Idia gives Malleus a weary look.
"That a thing in the Valley?"
"We also have the 𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, and it is long gone, so as much as I would like to stay... I will be called for the Council soon, and I wish to see you asleep first."
Idia stops, looking at his tablet. It is almost 6am, and Ortho should be up in an hour or so. But before that happens, Idia would like to do something.
"Give me... exactly five minutes, will you?"
