Summary
The opening of the National Heroes Museum was bound to be painful, in Jim's opinion. It was hard to look back on his beginning without it. But when an unexpected death leads to the Invaders having to figure out the reason behind it, he finds that there's no other choice.
So it is with considerable difficulty that Jim is forced to confront the original era of his being. A confrontation that may have ripple effects through more than just the Invaders.

Summary
They were definitely wings, beating fast like a hummingbird’s at the ankles of the man before him. The small man who hovered in front in what appeared to be shorts and enough jewelry to make Jim’s neck hurt sympathetically. The man that was looking Jim over with equal confusion, which was fair enough in Jim’s book. It wasn’t every day a person saw what looked to be fire taken human form. Especially not thousands of feet in the air.

He might have passed this by without a second glance on his way in—and honestly, who could blame him when there was a flying car up ahead—but this is actually pretty awesome. Because, if he’s reading this right, then that guy up there in the glass case is actually a freaking robot, and if that isn’t the neatest thing anyone’s seen all day, then he doesn’t know what is.
In front of the exhibit for "Professor Horton's Synthetic Man" at the World Fair, Bucky has a chance meeting with a circus kid who says his name is Toro.
