So it’s hard to believe this is intentional. Iroh has always been one to get up at the crack of dawn, ready to rise with the sun. But he missed this morning's briefing. And now, they’re closing in on the Avatar’s location. Just one more day's worth of sailing away. And his Uncle doesn’t even know their plan of action..."
(Honestly this probably could've been rated Teen and Up but I wanted to be safe. Just a lot of heat talk and some suggestive stuff with Iroh at the end.

Summary

For Firelord Zuko and Ambassador Sokka, the war has ended and they spend their days now, four years after peace has flourished across the land, putting down cells of Ozai's sympathizers and forging their relationship behind closed doors. When the Gaang takes up a mission to squash the very last of Ozai's supporters, Zuko and Sokka are caught in a collapsing tunnel and buried alive. Seemingly escaping the kiss of death, they wake to a world that is not their own.
At the behest of spirit dabbling, both Sokka and Zuko are thrown into an alternate reality that mirrors their own. Sixteen again, they face the massive jarring changes of what could have been their lives had the war gone differently. Aang never woke up from the iceberg. The Southern Waterbenders were never targeted and the Southern Tribe is a close twin to the North's elitist personality. Iroh never lost Lu Ten to the siege of Ba Sing Se and the strangest change of all, Ozai is a loving parent to his beloved son.
Together, Sokka and Zuko need to find a way back to their own world and bodies, and figure out what the spirits intended for them in this strange dreamlike world.

Princess Yue's graceful figure drooped sluggishly like a crumbled doll as her body lay sprawled over the overstuffed arm of the chaise lounge.

With each swipe of a glowing limb his people are dying by the hundred, and (as always he thinks bitterly) he can do nothing to stop it. Zuko watches hopelessly as a handful of ships fire at the Spirit; the fiery projectiles are swallowed by an enormous wave that rises up to shield the Spirit before crashing down to drag the ships that had attacked it to the ocean floor below. The Ocean.
Zuko is moving before the thought can finish surfacing, ignoring the soldiers on the shore as he falls to his knees at the edge of the ice and shoves his hands into the arctic waters.
“Great Ocean Spirit,” he whispers, “Hear my plea.” -
