Summary
Draco Malfoy has once again survived another year at Hogwarts.
When Sirius Black’s escape from Azkaban causes a stir in the Wizarding World, many things were put into place, such as protocol searches in Malfoy Manor for safe measure and the dementors at Hogwarts. Narcissa Malfoy is obviously distraught over the first one. Why would she hide her estranged cousin in her own home? He wasn’t Regulus Black for Merlin’s sake!

“Leave it alone," Sirius said when Harry went to open the window.
"But I want to know why it has a letter.”
"Because Dumbledore is a persistent git," Sirius grumbled.
Harry only knew Dumbledore as one of the Idiots, a high ranking and powerful official. Often, his name was said with a level of anger that Sirius couldn't quite hide, which had always made Harry curious, so he opened the window for the pretty tawny owl. It hopped along the sill until it could drop the letter right at his feet, and then it flew away.
"Harry! Oh, fine. It's your letter anyway.”
"Mine?” He picked up the heavy envelope, and on its front in crisp, green ink was written ‘To Harry James Potter, Padfoot's Garage, Little Whinging, Surrey’.

Tom thought he was hallucinating, to begin with. Suddenly, between the dilapidated Potions store and the magical equipment repair store, there was a dizzyingly green overgrowth of plants and vines and venomous flowers that only parted to show a door when one stood directly opposite it. The greenery practically burst out of the walls and even between the cobbles of the cobblestone path outside, as though it was carnivorous, insatiable, uncontainable.
He initially presumed that it might be some kind of exotic plant shop, but then he heard the whispers from within, and noticed that, if he squinted, the twisting, writhing vines above the door seemed to spell out a single word: Serpensortia.
Tom was inside the door before he knew it.
