In one of his letters to the king, Merlin pointed out: "There is evil in our world, Arthur, but there are also the evils of other worlds, and these are the most dangerous".
TWO DECADES AFTER the fall of Voldemort, there is a new war going on, this time between wizards and goblins, and despite the cloud of destruction that has been spreading across the Kingdom, there are no possible winners on the horizon. Accused of treason, Draco Malfoy is apprehended by the Ministry of Magic, leaving Scorpius responsible for continuing his father's efforts to find a cure for Astoria's curse before it's too late; but this will not be an easy task, especially because, it seems, to accomplish it the boy will have to return to Hogwarts after years away and engage in a deadly tournament to protect the only person in the world he would make a point of killing with his own hands. The reason why his biggest problems exist.

Father Arthur Pendragon walked down the decorated aisle of his church, grabbing at the holy texts left on the pews. Normally this would be the job of the altar boys, but alas, there weren't many of them anymore. Arthur could almost feel as the people of Somerset began drifting further and further from the word of God, apart from the forever loyal parishioners. Not that Arthur could blame them.
His thoughts are interrupted by a low voice with a thick Irish accent.
"It has been many years since I've stepped foot in a Church." The voice said, and as Arthur turned around, the books he held almost fell out of his grasp.
In front of him, stood the most beautiful man Arthur had ever laid eyes on.
His mouth was suddenly dry. -

In One of his trips, Prince Arthur hears of a tale, a painter capable of fooling death, and healing any injury. The tale says that the Painter was a man with Ocher eyes, and dressed in rags, that had blessed kings and emperors before, made them invincible, and immortal. And for a strange reason, Arthur couldn’t help thinking of the boy who just arrived at the court, a portrait painter who offered his services to the king in exchange for shelter and food. Convinced that this was his true identity, Arthur decides to seduce Merling in order to have him paint an enchanted portrait, and make him the next invincible king of Camelot, as Merlin resists this temptation, constantly refusing to do so, for fear or regret. Will Merling truly fall for Arthur, or will Arthur manage to get his magical depiction made? Maybe that’s all a deIllusion of a greedy prince.

France, 1916.

Merlin is having panic attacks every night now, no one knew and he was really trying to keep it that way. On top of that his Magic had been going fritz and he was struggling to keep it secret. The struggles come to a head when he is out on a long journey with Arthur and the knights.
