Summary
Sunny's known Kel since he moved to Faraway Town a long time ago; Sunny the timid loner who was always hiding behind Mari's back; Kel the loud, (sort of) annoying ball of energy always trying to get him to do something irresponsible. Now, the both of them have grown up, two teens navigating the wobbly maneuvers of high school and all the feelings that get mixed in between.
As Sunny begins to grow closer to his childhood best friend, he begins to see Kel in a very different light: tall, bright, and handsome. Wrestling with a mess of feelings for a boy he used to sneak out to Hobbeez with, it'll take seven memories and a whole lot of maybes for Sunny to see this hopeless romantic's love story through to completion.
The only thing is: does Kel even feel the same way?

The most well written fic(s) I've ever read when it comes to characterization. Despite rape and incest not being explicitly present in Omori, the Hands series portrays the acts in a way that feels grounded in the game's overarching themes. I don't think I'll be reading again anytime soon, but I'm choosing to bookmark as a memorial of sorts.
