Summary
After an unexpected glitch in the circus, Jax finds himself back in the real world, completely alone, leaving the circus on the same day that he entered. Jax struggles to reconnect with his previous life as a classical violinist, studying performance at a music conservatory. He throws it all away to live a meaningless life, having suppressed his emotions for so long that he can't find it in his heart to care about music anymore.
A few years later, a familiar face shows up in the coffee shop he works at that completely flips his world around and makes him see the brighter sides to life.

Caine, being the not-so bright AI, decides to create an adventure for the two of them to mend their rocky relationship. They end up stuck in a 3 week adventure in a suburban home, forced to reconcile their innermost feelings while... taking care of a baby???!!!

It's been a few months since everyone escaped from the Circus, and Pomni's started to settle back into her accounting job. In some ways, she missed it, in most other ways, she absolutely didn't. One evening, she decides to stop for a bite to eat on the way back from another day in the office, but what started off as a normal interaction quickly turned into a reunion with an old friend.

The night air is chilly as Pomni slinks through the streets of the city, her heels tapping on the pavement beneath her as she goes. As much as she knew nobody would see her here, she couldn’t keep herself from worrying. She pulls her cardigan tightly around her, checking her phone’s direction app to make sure she’s headed the right way.
Pomni had never been sure places she was looking for actually existed outside of the novels she’s read, but when she had heard word– after eavesdropping on the subway, of course– that there was a BDSM club in the city, she hastily hunted down the address.

Summary
Post-escape from the digital circus, Pomni finds it difficult to navigate. They have to repair their broken lives after three years of imprisonment within the walls of C&A, once stuck inside a world now lifeless and dead. It’s… an uncomfortable existence out in the real world. Not the freedom and bliss they had imagined lay behind the real exit door.
They trip their ways into a semi-stable living situation. The six of them. Together. It’s only a matter of time before the tiger breaks free from the cage as memories resurface and the ugly truth lurches forward to bite them. It’s only a matter of time before somebody so seemingly put together snaps. He bends for so long in the outside world and now Pomni gets to witness how Jax, of all people, begins to unravel.

He knew the developers had abandoned them there to rot. He knew there was no way out for the humans. He knew there was no cure for abstraction, no matter how much he tried to reverse it. He knew the humans hated him. But he kept going. It was his main function; to keep them safe and happy. But lately, now more than ever, he's been failing at that too. He's experiencing all these new emotions and thoughts that truly scared him and he couldn't understand up until it was almost too late.
Or... AIs can suffer depression and no one is ok.
