Jess Stanley thought she had Forks all figured out: small-town drama, caffeine-fueled mornings, and a social hierarchy held together by teenage hormones and unrelenting rain. She had big plans - graduate valedictorian, become a journalist, and maybe some world domination further down the line if she was feeling particularly zesty. Her plans did NOT include trauma bonding with a sarcastic drive-thru barista and unraveling small-town secrets via the power of a caffein-addiction and sheer stubbornness. She's holding it all together with a half-functioning sarcasm filter and a barely-scraped-together will to live... but damnit, she's not about to let Forks win.
