It’s been almost a year of fruitless searching, interviews that lead nowhere and more body parts turning up here and there, and Katsuki’s almost at his wit’s end.
So when they receive a tip that might lead to a breakthrough, it’s all Katsuki can do to assist however he can. The killings have gone on long enough, and it’s time to put an end to all the murders and disappearances.
If asked what the worst outcome could be for the case, Katsuki would’ve said something along the lines of an improper arrest, the true culprit escaping justice while a scapegoat takes the fall.
But there are worse things still than justice perverted.
