    He shouldn’t work. He shouldn’t exist.

    But he does—and surviving the wild starts with keeping up.

    Tulin squints. It's… a hylian. Somehow, standing on the tower at the bow of the ship so high up in the sky that his hylian friend could only reach it with rito assistance, (and Tulin himself being the only rito to brave the blizzard) is a hylian, smaller than Link, with hair so blond it almost looks white. He's dressed in nothing but a blue tunic, orange pants, and black shoes. Most definitely not built for the weather, that's for sure. He looks like he belongs in Lurelin Village, from what Link had told him when he'd visit.

    “Link?” Tulin asks his friend without looking away from the boy. The boy takes a moment to stretch, twisting his shoulders and stretching his back. “Link, who is that?”

    Time and Wind are the first heroes to meet each other, and, to their quiet surprise, they get along extremely well. It's when they run into a third hero that things start to get tense; The Hero of the Wild is airy, detached, and maybe even a little too eager, and even though Wind and Time feel bad about their suspicions, they can't help treating him differently.

    However, Time and Wind quickly realize that Wild's heart is just as golden as everyone claims it is.
