Summary
"I just need you to know," Will says quietly, and he makes himself hold Mike's gaze, "that if something happens - if I hurt you, or anyone else - it's not because I wanted to. I would never want to hurt you, Mike. Never."
The words hang between them, loaded with more meaning than Will intended.
There's a pause where all Will can hear is their breathing echoing against the storage closet's walls. The hum is more distant now, buzzing in the back of Will's mind, but the uneven inhales coming from in front of him sound louder. The breath tickling his nose (because they really are that close) feels realer.
Mike's eyes are still darting across Will's face, and Will can feel him inhale sharply. "Will, why are you so convinced you're going to hurt someone? What did Vecna show you?"
Everything, Will thinks. He showed me everything. Showed me killing you over and over until I couldn't see anything else.
Somewhere between slaying interdimensional eldritch horrors, exploding an entire dimension, and risking their lives countless times, Mike and Will find each other.

Summary
There’s something wrong with Will.
It started three weeks ago, almost four. Will had woken from some sort of nightmare and, instead of seeking comfort in Mike the way he usually would, he’d rolled out a sleeping bag from the closet and chosen to sleep on the floor.
No one believes Mike, except for Joyce. But even she doesn’t understand the full extent to which something is wrong with Will.
Mike understands, though. Mike has been paying attention.

“Just saying, if you’re taking another hit, you should share it with me,” Mike says, and Will slowly tilts his head, drinking in every word. “It just makes sense. Like, mathematically.”
Will’s reddened eyes narrow, bewildered. “Mathematically?”
“If there’s two hits left, we’d each only get one,” Mike explains. “But if we shotgunned, we’d both get two.” God, this is the best idea he’s had in ages. He should’ve stolen Will’s weed, like, months ago. “That’s like, bang for your buck. This is simple math, Will Byers. Keep up.”
In which it’s well past midnight in New York, Will can’t sleep, and Mike feels like they barely know each other anymore.
So, they get a little high. Mike is very normal about all of it.

Summary
Instead of Mike being the last one to talk to El before her great sacrifice, its her twin.
----
Sometimes,” Will said, staring at the coffee table now like it was the most interesting thing in the world, “it feels safer to pretend they’re not really leaving. Like if I don’t say it, maybe it won’t be real. Maybe it won’t hurt as much if they never come back.”
Silence settled between them, heavy but not uncomfortable.
Then El nodded slowly.
“I understand,” she said.
Will looked up at her sharply, eyes wide and searching for the joke. “You do?”
She lifted a hand and pressed it lightly to her chest, right over her heart. Her eyes were serious, older than she was and it made Will sad. “When people leave,” she said softly, “sometimes they disappear. Mama. Friends…Dad. Even when they promise.”
Her voice didn’t shake, but the weight behind it was unmistakable.
“Words make it real,” she continued. “Goodbye feels like…giving up on both ends. Like saying it’s okay if they don’t come back.”
Something inside Will gave way, like ice melting with the first winds of spring.

Summary
Don’t get him wrong, Mike loves the grinding, but more and more lately, it’s been leaving him jittery, and frustrated, and wanting more. “More” has been a bit daunting, though. Mike would be lying if he said he wasn’t nervous. The “sex education” in Hawkins amounts to “don’t do it, or else you’ll get pregnant and your life will be over,” and that isn’t exactly applicable to Mike’s current predicament. There exists no Hawkins Homo Yoda, who sits down with gay teenagers to explain the mechanics of guy-on-guy sex—not that Mike wants that, but still. It would be nice to know how to go about the whole thing. So there’s that side of things; the complicated, difficult to wrap your head around, "unnatural" side of things. And then there’s the rest. The much more primal instinct to rip Will’s pants off and touch him, and do whatever feels good, because what else does anyone do anyway?
A first time fic. Mike and Will are roughly 17/18. Supposed to be set roughly in the cannon, but I'm not completely sure how the times match up.

Evan "Buck" Buckley is fighting a wildfire with the 118, when he sees a helicopter crash - the helicopter of his boyfriend, Tommy Kinard. It's a race against time to find Tommy before the wildfire hits the crash site.
EXCERPT:
Buck couldn’t stop smiling at Tommy.
Tommy was just.
Hot.
And nice.
And he showed up. Always.
Fuck.
Buck loved this guy.
“What?” asked Tommy, and there was a hint of a smile there.
“Nothing. I just like you driving me,” said Buck.
And Buck could see that Tommy couldn’t help it, he smiled too; not quite the scrunchy kind, but that dimpled one he did.
The morning was young.
Buck could get his man to that scrunch nose smile.
“Oh, you like a chauffeur?” asked Tommy playfully.
“Only one as hot as you.”
And there was the scrunch.
“I only drive the hottest myself.”

You told Riot that he was ugly. The rumble in Eddie’s head came so suddenly he nearly dropped his toothbrush. It brought back fond memories of opal eyes flashing in the mirror, probably a concussion, and waking up in a tangle of his own ripped shower curtains.
“Yeah yeah, good memories for you maybe,” Eddie managed around his toothbrush.
