Summary
Castiel is the priest and holy man of the small settlement of New Haven. It is his job to shepherd the faithful and to help protect their settlement from the demons that constantly threaten them. When Dean Winchester arrives at their town with weapons in his car and lies on his tongue, it is obvious that he is just another demon. And there is only one fate for demons: a ritual execution.
But Castiel thinks he has a better idea. He knows of a ritual from his late father that was said to be able to purify a demon.
