But there was something about the crisp valley air, the kindness of strangers, and the shy smiles of a dark-haired boy that made her think there might be more for her in Pelican Town than she had imagined.

    The point of this series is to come up with ridiculous Soulmark words and then write the context. Basically, I like to imagine them growing up and wondering how their words will EVER make any kind of sense.

    I might write another similar series for other pairings, but this one is ShieldShock. I've decided to make this one open to all pairings. Because why not.
