Summary
Seven years after Zaun won its independence, a series of strange murders drives Vi to begrudgingly work with a certain Enforcer who snuck her way down to the Undercity. In the process, she finds herself drawn to her, but has to face the reality of what being the heir to the Lanes means. At the same time, Silco and Vander have to deal with their children's romantic entanglements while fending off Renata’s ambitious schemes, Sevika carries out her job while pointedly trying her best to ignore the fact that her boss’ daughter has grown up super hot, and Viktor has to learn to lead the hexgate towers while carrying on married life with a robot child.
